Terms of Use

The website is operated by Mover d.o.o. ("Mover", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Slovenia.

The website introduces Mover, explains its approach to community scouting and presents football recruitment opportunities. It may also allow you to contact us, register your interest or request updates.

These Terms cover the public website. Accounts, subscriptions, paid backing, rewards and other platform services require separate terms, presented before you register for or purchase the relevant service. These website Terms do not establish prices, payment obligations, refund rules or reward entitlements.

Browsing the website, registering your interest or recommending a player does not by itself create an agency or representation agreement, authorise you to act on behalf of Mover or a club, or entitle you to a commission or a share of a player's salary or transfer fee. Any such arrangement requires a separate lawful agreement.

Club needs, player availability, eligibility requirements and recruitment budgets can change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, salary ranges and transfer budgets describe a recruitment brief and are not binding offers to a particular player.

We take reasonable care when preparing website information and correct material errors brought to our attention. Some information comes from clubs, players or other sources and may require further verification. Contact us if you need confirmation of a particular opportunity before acting on it.

A recommendation or expression of interest does not guarantee club consideration, feedback, a trial, a contract or a transfer. Recruitment decisions remain with the relevant clubs and players. Any specific commitment made under a separate service agreement remains governed by that agreement.

Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other people. You must not:

• Submit deliberately false information, impersonate another person or falsely claim to represent a player, club or Mover.
• Upload unlawful, threatening or defamatory material, or material that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Send spam, introduce malicious code, bypass security measures or access restricted areas without permission.
• Use automated tools to disrupt the website, bypass access controls or unlawfully collect personal data.

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and relevant to your request. Submit photographs, videos, documents and information about other people only where you have the necessary rights and a lawful basis to share them. Do not send confidential information or sensitive personal data through general website forms. Information concerning minors requires particular care and any necessary authorisation.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. To the extent you hold the relevant rights, you permit Mover to receive, store, copy and review those materials only as needed to handle your request. If you expressly ask us to put forward a player to a club, this permission includes sharing relevant materials with that club for that purpose, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Submitting material does not give us permission to use it in public marketing. Any additional use requires an appropriate permission or other lawful basis. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may decline to process or remove submissions that are unlawful, irrelevant or in breach of these Terms. A submission does not oblige us to publish it or forward it to a club.

The website's text, design, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and software belong to Mover or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse the website, share links to its public pages and save or print content for your own reference. Other copying, republication, modification or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law. Preserve any copyright notices and do not imply that Mover endorses your use.

Club names, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may link to services or websites operated by others. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. We do not control their content or operation. A link does not, by itself, mean that Mover endorses the linked service.

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and secure. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or security reasons. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users.

Responsibility for any loss arising from use of the website is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
